From Arkansas and the North Little Rock Times, MHProNews.com learns that The North Little Rock City Council voted unanimously Monday to send back to the city Planning Commission a proposal to pass zoning requirements that would have limited the placement of manufactured homes. Had the requirements passed, most neighborhoods in Crystal Hill would have been zoned R-2, which prohibits mobile homes and most manufactured houses. Existing structures would have been grandfathered in, but could not be replaced with like structures.
