Arkansas Zoning Plan Rejected

North Little Rock City Hall By Bob Dunn [Public domain], via Wikimedia Commons From Arkansas and the North Little Rock Times, MHProNews.com learns that The North Little Rock City Council voted unanimously Monday to send back to the city Planning Commission a proposal to pass zoning requirements that would have limited the placement of manufactured homes. Had the requirements passed, most neighborhoods in Crystal Hill would have been zoned R-2, which prohibits mobile homes and most manufactured houses. Existing structures would have been grandfathered in, but could not be replaced with like structures.
