As a follow-up to MHARR’s October 6, 2016 memorandum entitled “Availability of Emergency Manufactured Homes for FEMA,” the Federal Emergency Management Agency has now issued a formal solicitation for “off the lot” manufactured homes.  A copy of the solicitation (No. HSFE70-17-R-0003), published on the Federal Business Opportunities webpage (FedBizOpps.gov) is attached for your information.  In addition, an email notification received by MHARR from FEMA is attached as well, with a direct link to the FedBizOpps.gov index. Responses to the solicitation are due today, October 13, 2016, by 2:30 P.M. (EDT), and the solicitation indicates that awards will be executed on October 14, 2016.
