Get Big Changes."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color:#00f;\"><strong>Taking Care of You<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Drink plenty of water.<br \/>\n\tEat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.<br \/>\n\tEat more fruits and vegetables and eat less that is manufactured in processing plants.<br \/>\n\tAvoid eating food that is handed to you through a window.<br \/>\n\tLive the 3 E&#39;s &#8212; Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy.<br \/>\n\tPlay more games.<br \/>\n\tRead more books than you did last year.<br \/>\n\tSit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.<br \/>\n\tSleep for 7 hours.<br \/>\n\tTake a 10-30 minute walk daily. And while you walk, smile.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#00f;\"><strong>Your Outlook<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Don&#39;t compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.<br \/>\n\tDon&#39;t have negative thoughts of things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.<br \/>\n\tDon&#39;t overdo. Keep your limits.<br \/>\n\tDon&#39;t take yourself so seriously. No one else does.<br \/>\n\tDon&#39;t waste your precious energy on gossip.<br \/>\n\tDream more while you are awake.<br \/>\n\tEnvy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.<br \/>\n\tForget issues of the past. Don&#39;t remind others of their past mistakes.<br \/>\n\tLife is too short to waste time hating anyone.<br \/>\n\tMake peace with your past so it won&#39;t spoil the present.<br \/>\n\tNo one is in charge of your happiness except you.<br \/>\n\tRealize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.<br \/>\n\tLearn a new word every day.<br \/>\n\tSmile and laugh more.<br \/>\n\tYou don&#39;t have to win every argument.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#00f;\"><strong>Your Relationships<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Call your family often.<br \/>\n\tEach day give something good to others.<br \/>\n\tForgive everyone for everything.<br \/>\n\tSpend time with people over the age of 70 and under the age of 6.<br \/>\n\tTry to make at least three people smile each day.<br \/>\n\tWhat other people think of you is none of your business.<br \/>\n\tYour job won&#39;t take care of you when you are sick. Your friends and family will. Stay in touch.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#00f;\"><strong>Your Life<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The worst promise you can break is one made to yourself.<br \/>\n\tDo the right thing!<br \/>\n\tGet rid of anything that isn&#39;t useful, beautiful or joyful.<br \/>\n\tYou don&#39;t have a soul. You&nbsp;<i>are<\/i>&nbsp;a soul. You have a body.<br \/>\n\tHowever good or bad a situation is, it will change.<br \/>\n\tThe best is yet to come.<br \/>\n\tWhen you awake alive in the morning, thank God for it.<br \/>\n\tYour Innermost Self is always happy. Follow it.<br \/>\n\tNo matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.<\/p>\n<p><em>Keep these rules handy and review them from time to time. Follow them and small, almost imperceptible, changes will accumulate into something big.
