Yes! And the timing is good. With the U.S. (indeed, much of the globe&#8230;) in a growing need for quality affordable housing, in theory, our industry ought to be well positioned for the future.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Given the needs, our industry&#8217;s appeal could easily cross all party lines. Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians and Independents who have a clear picture of the issues should all favor the proper use of modern manufactured homes. Today, it is being discussed by professionals, companies and some associations, who want to see something happen in their market<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">.\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">We should also make the point that American Land Lease \u2013 which is in the process of being integrated into SUN Communities through a <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mhmarketingsalesmanagement.com\/home\/corp-press-releases\/8050-sun-communities-inc-to-acquire-american-land-lease-manufactured-housing-portfolio-from-green-courte-partners-for-132-billion\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1.3 billion dollar purchase agreement<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> \u2013 is an example of a firm that made the investment in improving their image in the market place and with their residents. Don&#8217;t you think that may have helped increase occupancy &#8211; and the value &#8211; of their properties?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Image and Education are crucial for manufactured housing to reach its potential. This is self-evident. That it works and &#8216;pays&#8217; is equally clear! <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>3) Frustrated?<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Some are frustrated that we&#8217;ve not made more progress on such self-evident needs. As the poster below suggests, slow progress is still progress. We&#8217;ve seen previous naysayers now pick up the call to action too.
