Early on October 1, the markets responded with a 58 point jump to news that the ObamaCare mandated exchanges websites were crashing or glitch riddled in almost 3 dozen states.<\/p>\n<p>One might think that suggests that investors think ObamaCare is bad for the economy too.<\/p>\n<p>From the Healthcare.gov, the official website of the Affordable Care Act, the first listed result in the &ldquo;most popular&rdquo; category is &quot;How do I get an exemption from the fee for not having health insurance?&quot;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>From the president&#39;s twitter feed tweeted:<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"barack-obama-twiter-feed-tweeted\" height=\"130\" src=\"http:\/\/manufacturedhomepronews.com\/masthead\/wp-content\/uploads\/barack-obama.jpg\" width=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A citizen quoted on <i><b>Twitchy<\/b><\/i> tweeted back:<\/p>\n<p>&quot;No need to shut it down. The Obamacare health insurance exchange websites don&rsquo;t work.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Democrats are accusing Republicans of terroristic actions. To which the Republicans reply, the president is negotiating with the Syrian and Iranian governments, why not negotiate with Americans in the House and Senate who are representing their districts in opposing legislation the polls say most people don&#39;t want?<\/p>\n<p align=\"CENTER\"><i><b>&quot;We provided, you decide.&quot;<\/b><\/i><\/p>\n<p>With &#39;non-essential&#39; federal workers on furlough in the what <i><b>Drudge<\/b><\/i> says is the 34th shutdown since 1976, an industry pro attending the MHI annual event said to me, &quot;<i><b>If they <\/b><\/i>(furloughed federal workers) <i><b>are not essential, why do we have them?&quot;<\/b><\/i><\/p>\n<p>Good question! As another MH mover and shaker said, &quot;we are playing with live ammo&quot; on ObamaCare, CFPB regs and much more. Real jobs, real businesses, real lives are on the line!<\/p>\n<p>Regarding those CFPB regs about discussions between sales people and customers about rates, terms, etc. in the absence of an MLO number. Said regs are based upon federal laws passed call to mind the first Amendment<b> &quot;Congress shall pass no law&#8230;abridging the right to freedom of speech&#8230;&quot;<\/b> How does the SAFE Act, Dodd-Frank\/CFPB regs which flow from Congressionally passed acts <i><b>not abridge our industry members&#39; right to free speech? <\/b><\/i><\/p>\n<p>Congressman Walter Jones told MHProNews some two years ago that they never intended to muzzle the speech of sales people in passing the SAFE Act.
