A. &#39;Tony&#39; Kovach MHCC April 2010 Meeting Tulsa OK<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Next, I want to talk to you about the second set of eyes and their importance.\u00a0 George F.\u00a0 Allen&#8217;s recent blog post is part of the spark, but more immediate was <em>this true tale of two cities. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>An email came in earlier this week.\u00a0 Actually dozens come in daily, but I am thinking about a specific one&#8230;then another.\u00a0 They came within an hour or so of one another.\u00a0 But the contrast between the two messages is what struck me.<\/p>\n<p>The one message was telling me how well their Manufactured Housing Industry business was doing.\u00a0 Those types of messages are easy to enjoy.\u00a0 Knowing the person and firm, I can tell you the operation has positive leadership and goal orientation. The next message, about an hour later, was from someone whose business was going through some &#8216;struggles.&#8217;\u00a0 Those are more common.<\/p>\n<p>I guarantee you that the first business is reading the tea leaves, making adjustments and are doing whatever it takes to make it happen!\u00a0 The second?\u00a0 No doubt the other firm needs a <strong><em>second set of eyes <\/em><\/strong>to look at what is going right and what is going wrong.<\/p>\n<p>In Allen&#8217;s blog, his topic was telephone protocols.\u00a0 GFA does mystery shopping as part of his array of services, primarily to manufactured home land lease community operators.\u00a0 The report hit what both he and I see similarly, that the basic rules are ignored so often, that it no doubt costs people business. When a company&#8217;s business is down, vacancies are up, etc., you&#8217;d think such a firm would do what my friend and expert writer, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mhmarketingsalesmanagement.com\/featured-articles\/684-have-lost-sales-strategy\" target=\"_blank\">Tim Connor<\/a> speaks about.\u00a0 Namely, ask yourself, what are your lost sales and vacancies costing you?<\/p>\n<p>Do the math.<\/p>\n<p>Then give the right pro a call.<\/p>\n<p>Our pages are filled month after month with articles by various Industry experts and pros!\u00a0 Does your e-marketing program lack?\u00a0 Or is it non existent?\u00a0 Call on <a href=\"mhmsm.com\/a\/online\" target=\"_blank\">Bob Stovall<\/a>, from Socialnomics (social network marketing), to a wide variety of web based solutions, Bob is the man I have turned to for years.\u00a0 He gets the job done right!\u00a0 It is no accident that we at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.MHMSM.com\"><strong><em>Manufactured Home Marketing Sales Management<\/em><\/strong><\/a> aka MHMSM.com are growing so rapidly and a good part of the credit goes to Bob!\u00a0 859-544-9005.<\/p>\n<p>Does your community need a makeover?\u00a0 Are you going to hire the local gardener, or will you make the right call to speak to someone like <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mhmarketingsalesmanagement.com\/featured-articles\/671-attractive-garage-additions-to-manufactured-homes\" target=\"_blank\">Don Westphal<\/a>?!
