Some <b>practices used by political, religious and service organizations are strongly applicable to our manufactured home industry<\/b>, it&#39;s opportunities, challenges and needs. Let&#39;s look at the simple and proven idea of<i><b> &quot;each one, reach one&quot;<\/b><\/i><i> to see how this concept can benefit manufactured housing associations and businesses.<\/i><\/p><div id=\"manuf-4134066410\" class=\"manuf-content manuf-entity-placement\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-3870480136270376\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-3870480136270376\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"\" \ndata-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p>As full disclosure, much of what I write about is sparked by conversations, messages reading &ndash; in essence, &ldquo;others.&rdquo; In this case, we&#39;ve been shopping for a private school for our son, who will enter K this year. Saturday, we went to an open house of a school that isn&#39;t convenient due to the drive. In-spite (or because?) of its very modest size, it has won numerous awards, turns out great kids, so it has appeal. In a private meeting with the principle and founding board member, the idea of <i><b>each one, reach one<\/b><\/i> was shared with us. My thanks for that light bulb.<\/p>\n<p><b>Each one, reach one<\/b><\/p>\n<p>This concept is nothing new, but sometimes a reminder or a catchy phrase helps us grasp an idea that can make all the difference to a person, company or organization.<\/p>\n<p>We &ndash; and likely you too &#8211; have at times asked people to send a a message to &#39;everyone&#39; on their email list. That would be great, but what if we made the simple request, please send a message or link this to just a person on your email list?<\/p>\n<p>Some will send a message to more than one, while others will do the requested &ldquo;just one.&rdquo; Either way, the multiplier effect has just benefited your effort.<\/p>\n<p>If <b>Each One, Reach One<\/b> was routinely practiced:<\/p>\n<p>&gt;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mhmarketingsalesmanagement.com\/alerts-and-resources\/associations\" target=\"_blank\"> associations<\/a> would be growing again;<\/p>\n<p>&gt; by sending a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mhmarketingsalesmanagement.com\/home\/featured-articles\/july-2012\" target=\"_blank\">linked article<\/a> or post that you like to others, professionalism would grow;<\/p>\n<p>&gt; when retailers and communities send a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.manufacturedhomelivingnews.com\/articles\/31-dramatic-video-of-a-manufactured-home-hit-by-a-tornado-and-high-winds\" target=\"_blank\">hot link to a page like this to a local news or weather man<\/a>, or to public officials, we would be educating those who influence our customers.<\/p>\n<p>The pebble in the water has a ripple effect. The more pebbles tossed, the more the ripples.<\/p>\n<p>The same occurs in our society. We must never think that because we are just one person, that we can&#39;t influence our world. Especially in this highly technological society, where social media, email, texts and tweets can be carried far and wide, each one, reach one makes good sense.<\/p>\n<p>As a final thought to celebrate our freedom of speech, let me invite you to sound off on topics of factory built housing industry interest.<\/p>\n<p>Happy 4<sup>th<\/sup> of July to you and your loved ones.##<\/p>\n<p>Post by<br \/>\n\t\tL.
