Some went to federal prisons.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">So we should not be surprised when it happens today.  While the Lochmiller case is different, some similarities exist.  Including the reality of conviction.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">I hear some (more than one, these days) speaking out on legally compliant in house financing or captive financing.
