Let\u2019s note as a preface that unlike many in media that focus on shorter articles, roughly 400 to 800 words in length, while by contrast <em>MHProNews<\/em> reports are often 2,000 words or more in length. We\u2019ve tested shorter articles. Professionals may gripe or vent about longer reads, but based on hard data, they wade through it on our site routinely and then come back for much more.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\u201c<span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Fact<\/strong><\/span>.\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>Manufactured housing had some 75,000 full time people, per pre-Covid19 data that Cavco Industries (CVCO) says comes from the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI). Let\u2019s presume it is true.<\/p>\n<p>If so, then a trade publication or MHVille blogger addressing industry professionals as their target audience would normally <em>rarely<\/em> see more than 5,000 hits on a post or article. They might achieve perhaps 10,000 hits tops on an individual article or post. That&#8217;s due to the makeup of the industry and the type of content being published. Everyone working in manufactured housing matters, but there are tens of thousands who would have little or no interest or need for the kind of information that some publish.<\/p>\n<p>Frankly, based on known data linked here and here, there are good reasons to believe that few if any of our would be rivals get 5,000 hits on one of their posts. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.manufacturedhomepronews.com\/masthead\/expose-darren-krolewski-datacomp-mhvillage-mhinsider-marketing-claims-fact-check-infographic-and-analysis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Here<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.manufacturedhomepronews.com\/profit-data-whats-hot-whats-not-manufacturedhomes-com-others-fact-checked-plus-manufactured-housing-investing-stock-updates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a> are examples &#8211; evidence or proof &#8211; based on data that underscores that claim. One rival was apparently so embarrassed by their low traffic compared to <em>MHProNews, <\/em>they have since removed their public data that revealed how often (or seldom&#8230;) that post was viewed. It should also be noted that they and others refuse to engage on the topics of the day, including their claims.<\/p>\n<p>Mainstream comparisons are not apples to apples. But this next one shown below has blown <strong>beyond 700,000 hits<\/strong>. They routinely find our content of interest; they say so.<\/p>\n<p>Returning to some <em>Webalizer<\/em> data, month to date,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>the average June visitor on <em>MHProNews<\/em> is reading 9.6 page views in one session<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Again, that\u2019s stunning, because mainstream media often gets around 3.3 page views per visitor in one session.<\/li>\n<li>The point is that beyond that article linked above that has eclipsed 700,000 hits, the typical visitor then goes on to about 8.5 other pages on average.<\/li>\n<li>By contrast in <strong>May 2020, our site average was 4.7 pageviews per visit<\/strong>. So why can\u2019t they create a larger audience than ours?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Could it be that people can smell BS and tell the difference between BS and straight talk?<\/p>\n<p>Affordable home ownership is the most proven way to household wealth creation. The potential for manufactured housing is enormous.
