That in turn can disrupt the economy, politics, and jobs in a variety of ways. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Into this milieu is the not-entirely-surprising announcement of Justice Anthony \u201cTony\u201d Kennedy\u2019s retirement from the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS). That retirement has arguably just supercharged the upcoming 2018 midterms.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.manufacturedhomepronews.com\/salena-zito-tweet-wakeup-on-recent-high-court-rulings-touts-the-great-revolt-scotus-kennedy-shakeup\/<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">From issues regarding monopoly, to private property rights, and more, manufactured housing is likely to be in front of the high court in the next 24-48 months. Trump and Vice President Mike Pence repeat the themes of \u201c<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>promises made, promises kept<\/b><\/span>,\u201d and \u201c<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b>we will enforce the law<\/b><\/span>\u201d &#8211; like it or not &#8211; there are numerous reasons to believe those claims.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">That means supporters and detractors alike are going to gear up for the midterms.
