The reasons why have been repeatedly noted in our twin trade publishing platforms. \u00a0But let&#8217;s summarize them this way.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1) America faces an affordable housing crisis, as Julian Castro says in the video below, and manufactured housing is a vital part of that solution.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/155540163\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">2) <strong>MH is a potential Micro-targeting and PR bonanza<\/strong>. With some <a href=\"http:\/\/manufacturedhomepronews.com\/masthead\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/201409_cfpb_report_manufactured-housing-posted-masthead-blog-manufactured-housing-mhpronews-com1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">6% of the U.S. Population living in MH<\/a>, and many March Madness Primary states having even heavier numbers of MH owners, plus impacted conventional housing owners and renters, any savvy presidential candidate can be a hero to millions &#8211; <strong><em>simply by doing the right thing.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Manufactured housing ought to be a non-partisan, or bi-partisan issue &#8211; because affordable quality housing is non-partisan. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">The short version is that any candidate who stands up for the reasons we&#8217;ve repeatedly spotlighted to protect existing home owners values, while promoting affordable quality living at no cost to taxpayers, taps into a total no-brainer, sure to win over some undecided voters or that will motivate voters who might not otherwise go to the polls&#8230;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">3) <strong>The facts Mr. Buffett&#8217;s letter presents<\/strong>, <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">points we&#8217;ve raised on MHProNews or on MHLivingNews, and <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">facts that CFPB&#8217;s Richard Corday agreed with Senator Bob Corker on in the video above,<em>\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><em>a close look reveals that manufactured home chattel loan rates are not predatory<\/em>.
