As for Frank, he\u00a0takes heat for stating facts and truth publicly when others don’t.\u00a0 He’s the Donald Trump of our industry. \u00a0 There’s nothing mean or villainous about stating the truth.\u00a0 In fact, most appreciate it when you do.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

And as for Chris, he’s an example of what can be done with perseverance and the ability to adapt.\u00a0 When you see Parrish Manor, you might wonder who’s the lucky guy who owns that great park. After reading the article, you know luck had little to do with it. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
