I agree for the most part. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">We are an industry that for years has desired the best for our industry representatives, our customers and our distribution system but for all these years have been hesitant to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">invest financially in training our people, <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">marketing our product&#39;s image, <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">updating our technology, <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">improving our delivery system, etc.. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Manufacturers and Retailers have made some bold attempts at the previously listed task but always fail to follow through because they don&rsquo;t see immediate profits from marketing or training programs.&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">We are an industry that has the need for all of our profits to be immediate.
